The rapper’s attorney, Alex Spiro, has filed a request in federal court in New York seeking either the dismissal of the allegations or disclosure of the plaintiff’s identity. The filings by lawyer Tony Buzbee allege that Combs, along with a “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B,” engaged in a brutal and repeated sexual assault on a minor.
